Sareer mein kaee baar khoon kee kamee ho jaatee hai. isakee bharapaee nahin hone se kaee beemaariyaan sareer ko gher sakatee hai. khoon kee kamee se sareer mein beemaariyaan to phailatee hee hai, saath hee sareer mein kamajoree bhee aa jaatee hai. vaheen khoon kee kamee se aankhon ko bhee nukasaan pahunchata hai aur haddiyaan bhee kamajor ho jaatee hai. isake lye jarooree hai ki sareer mein khoon kee maatra ko banae rakhana chaahie. sareer mein khoon kee kamee kee poorti ke lye fruits aur sabjiyaan calcium madadagaar saabit ho sakatee hai.

Anar (Pomegranate)
Sareer mein khoon kee poorti karane ke lye anar calcium kaam aa sakata hai. anar khaane mein calcium svaadisht hota hai. isake saath hee isake kaee gunakaari fayde bhee hote hain. anar calcium, sodium, magnesium, potassium, tamba loha aur vitamin se jaise tatvon se bharapoor hota hai. anar khaane se sareer mein khoon kee maatra ko badhaaya ja sakata hai.

Seb (Apple)
Ye kahaavat to sunee hee hogee 'An Apple a Day, Keeps the Doctor Away'  jisaka matalab hai ki har din ek seb khaane se aap tamaam bimariyon se door rah sakate hain. bimariyon ko door rakhane ke saath hee seb kee madad se sareer mein khoon kee kamee ko bhee poora kiya ja sakata hai. seb ke sevan se bhee sareer mein haemoglobin ko badhaaya ja sakata hai.


Chukandar (Beetroot)
Khoon kee kamee ko door karane ke lye chukandar bhee faydemand saabit hota hai. rojaana chukandar ke sevan se sareer mein khoon kee maatra ko paryaapt star tak laaya ja sakata hai. vaheen chukandar aur anar ko milaakar juice peene se bhee calcium phaayada milata hai. donon ka juice banaakar peene se sareer mein jarooree heemoglobin banaaya ja sakata hai.

Angoor (Grape)
Sareer mein khoon kee kamee kee poorti ke lye angoor bhee calcium faydemand saabit ho sakata hai. angoor mein vitaamin, potassium, calcium, iron jaise tatv pae jaate hain jo sareer mein jarooree tatvon kee poorti karate hain. sareer mein khoon kee kamee kee bharapaee ke lye angoor ka sevan karana chaahie. 

Gajar (Carrot)
fruits ke alaava sabji bhee khoon badhaane mein calcium madad kar sakatee hai. sabjiyon mein achi sehat ke gajar calcium faydemand rahatee hai. saath hee gajar ke sevan se khoon kee kamee ko bhee door kiya ja sakata hai. gajar ka rojaana juice peene se bhee calcium phaayada milata hai.
