Wayrtical Strathch (वर्टिकल स्ट्रेच)
Jinake paas jim jaane ka waqt nahin hota hai way ghar baithe wayrtical  strathch kar sarir ko sudaul aur apanee lambai badha sakate hain. wayrtical  strathch mein body ka poora bhaar pair kee angulee par uthaakar body ko upar kee taraph strathch karate hain. is dauraan aapake donon haath upar kee taraph hote hain. yaani, body ko upar kee taraph jyaada se jyaada strathch karana hai. ek baar mein kam se kam 30 second ke lye sarir ko upar kee taraph strathch karen. rojaana aisa karane se lambai badhane mein madad milatee hai.

Wayrtical  Bends (वर्टिकल बेंड)
Wayrtical  bends exercise ke kaee fhaayade hain. isako karane se ekasaath kaee samasyaon ka samaadhaan ho jaata hai. is exercise ko karane ke lye donon pair ke beech kuchh dooree rakhakar khade ho jaen. body ko kamar se saamane kee taraph jhukaen aur jamaan ko chhoone kee koshish karen. ek baat ka dhyaan rahe ki is exercise ke dauraan ghutane mudane nahin chaahie. yah exercise karane se lambai bahut teji se badhatee hai. lambai badhane ke alaava sarir mein lacheelaapan aata hai, maansapeshiyaan majaboot hotee hain aur aapki body strath ho jaatee hai.
