Aam tor par hum kabhi khaane ke saath salad khate hain lekin rojana nahi kha paate. kayi baar to hafte gujar jaate hain aur hum salad nahi kha paate. lekin aap salad khaane ke fayde jaan jayege to rojana salad khayenge.

Salad main enzyme hote hain jo hajma theek karte hain. khaane ko pakaane se enzyme nasht ho jaate hain kyoki 37  degree par koi bhi enzyme bach nahi paate. isliye fruits aur salad main hee ye enzymes barkarar rahate hain. aise main har meel ke saath salad jaroor khaye. kam se kam hafte main teen baar salad jaroor khaye.

Jo log nonveg khate hain unake lye salad bahut faydemand hain. darasal, nonveg main bilkul bhi fiber nahi hota aur saath hee nonveg se acidity hoti hain. aise main nonveg diet ko santulit karne ke lye bhi salad khaana chahiye.

Salad main calcium, minerals jaisi cheeje bhi payi jaati hain jo sharir ke lye bahut zaroori hain. rojana salad khaane se aap healthy aur fit rahenge.
