3. Gulab Jal Waali Chai – Sarir ko andar se thandak dene ke alawa yahe aapke dil aur dimag ke liye bhi behad fhaayademand hai. ise banane ke liye ek cup pani main ek chamach gulab jal daalkar raat bhar ke liye chod de. ab subha room temperature par is chai ko piye.
